Meet the designer
Chrysi Polydoros is from the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon and an American of Greek descent. Her husband George, a native Texan, was the reason Chrysi moved to Houston in 1995. She brought her deep love of nature with her and embraced the Texas landscape.
Chrysi worked in the fine jewelry industry for 7 years before becoming an associate producer for Fox 26 News. When it came time to start a family, she chose to stay at home to raiser her four daughters.
Chrysi was first inspired to design jewelry for one of her daughter's softball teams. The girls on the team loved their team necklaces more than their trophies and began wearing them daily. The word spread quickly about "Chrysi's personalized jewelry", and "That's So Me!" was born.
